What RouteTah Provides

RouteTah is a web-based field team management platform that provides:

  • Real-time Location Tracking: GPS-based tracking for field teams (with consent)
  • Route Optimization: Tools to plan and optimize field routes
  • Team Management: Organizational tools for managing field representatives
  • Visit Tracking: Recording and managing customer visits and field activities
  • Reporting & Analytics: Insights and reports on field operations
  • Mobile Access: Web-based platform accessible on mobile devices

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Force majeure events

2. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use RouteTah, you must:

  • Provide Accurate Information: All registration information must be current, complete, and accurate
  • Maintain Security: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent
  • Business Use: Use the platform primarily for legitimate business purposes

Account Responsibilities

Organization Accounts

For organization accounts, the account administrator is responsible for:

  • Managing user access and permissions
  • Ensuring compliance with these terms by all organization users
  • Maintaining appropriate data handling practices
  • Obtaining necessary consents for location tracking

3. Location Tracking and Privacy

Important: Location Tracking Consent

Location tracking is a core feature of RouteTah, but it requires explicit consent. By enabling location tracking, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Location Data Usage

When location tracking is enabled, we collect and use location data to:

  • Provide Core Services: Enable real-time tracking, route optimization, and field management
  • Safety and Security: Ensure team safety and provide emergency assistance capabilities

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use RouteTah for:

  • Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose or activity
  • Unauthorized Tracking: Tracking individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Privacy Violations: Stalking, harassment, or invasion of privacy
  • System Abuse: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
  • Data Misuse: Selling, sharing, or misusing data obtained through the platform
  • Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications or abusing our services
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or providing false information

Important: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

  • Visit records and field activity data
  • Custom fields and organizational data

You grant us the right to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RouteTah for your business purposes, subject to these terms.

Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

  • Accuracy: Location data and analytics may not always be 100% accurate
  • Fitness: The service may not meet all your specific business needs
  • Third-Party Services: We're not responsible for third-party service failures

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

  • The amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
  • Claims brought within one year of the incident

Important: Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of RouteTah in violation of these terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from these terms:

Severability

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
